Since June 2014: Armed Forces Ministry: Deputy Policy to General Officer, COMCYBER: Head of Cyber Policy. Particularly responsible for international and cooperation; national development companies, Academies, universities; public relationships.

2007 – 2014 MoD: National Procurement agency (Direction générale de l’armement) in charge of export control issues and promotion of Defense Small and Medium Enterprises on the international market.
2002 – 2007 Prime Minister Service: General secretariat of national defense and security: ANSSI (National network and Information security Agency). Head of cyber security international negotiations: G8, EU, bilateral relations between France and main partners.

2000 – 2002 MoD: Information and communication direction, in charge of Minister of defense major events such as UE French presidency or operational military capacities.

1995 – 2000 MoD: Strategic delegation affairs: responsible for bilateral and multilateral issues between France and UE with Mediterranean countries; Balkans defense and security issues; European multinational forces (Eurocorps, Euroforces).

1998 – 1999 NATO Stabilization Force in Bosnia-Herzegovina (Sarajevo): POLAD -political advisor to FR Deputy Commander with COMSFOR, US General Army Montgomery Meigs.

1989 – 1995 MoD: Information and communication service for the Armed Forces: Press analysis on geopolitical crisis: nuclear proliferation, former-Yugoslavia.


Graduated in Philosophy and Defense and Strategy. Paris Sorbonne-University. Auditor of the National Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale Prime Minister Service


2018: Third class of the Cross of Merit of the Estonian Ministry of Defence.

1999: French and NATO medal in Bosnia-Herzegovina – Sarajevo.
